A smart helmet is only as good as its battery and power management system. A rider needs to be able to trust that their helmet will last for their entire journey. I've made reliable power management a core focus of our R&D at SPIRIT. It starts with sourcing high-quality, high-capacity Lithium-ion batteries that are tested for safety and longevity. But the real intelligence is in the firmware. Our engineers write highly efficient code that minimizes power consumption when the helmet is idle. We design our systems to provide clear, multi-stage low-battery warnings so a rider is never caught by surprise. We utilize modern, convenient charging solutions like USB-C and have the capability to integrate magnetic charging for enhanced weatherproofing. A rider's confidence in their smart helmet begins with their confidence in turning it on. My team's commitment is to make that experience powerful and reliable every single time.
