A safety feature is useless if it doesn't work every single time. For an led helmet, reliability is paramount. That's why I insisted we develop a testing protocol for our electronic systems that is as rigorous as the one we use for impact safety. Every component is tested. We subject our batteries to charge/discharge cycle tests to ensure they maintain their capacity over the long term. We test our switches for durability, simulating thousands of presses to ensure they won't fail. One of the most important tests is for water resistance. Our helmets are tested in a specialized chamber that simulates riding in heavy rain to validate their IP (Ingress Protection) rating, ensuring a short-circuit won't leave a rider in the dark. Every single led helmet that comes off our assembly line undergoes a full functional check—lights, modes, charging port—before it is packaged. This obsession with reliability gives our brand partners the confidence that their product will perform flawlessly for their customers, commute after commute.
