Our ISO9001 certification is a testament to our systematic approach to quality, but when it comes to life-saving equipment like a climbing helmet, our internal standards go far beyond any certificate. The scrutiny we apply is an order of magnitude higher. Every single batch of raw material—from the ABS pellets to the PC sheets and EPS beads—undergoes rigorous inspection for purity and consistency before it ever enters our production line. During the in-mold process for a climbing helmet, our technicians monitor temperatures and pressures with extreme precision, as even a minor deviation can affect the integrity of the final product. But the most critical phase is our post-production batch testing. For every production run, we randomly select multiple finished helmets and subject them to a full battery of destructive tests in our in-house lab. We verify their impact absorption, penetration resistance, and strap strength. If any helmet in the sample fails to exceed UIAA and EN 12492 standards, the entire batch is quarantined and investigated. This unwavering, zero-compromise approach to quality control is our promise to our partners and the climbers they serve.
